Reuben’s natural charisma and gravitas has taken him to all corners of broadcast media – from entertainment, news, sport and weather to live radio and events. Reuben’s media career was sparked by a love of music, which led to a job behind the microphone with the Australian Radio Network in the Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide markets as a radio host and DJ. He then completed his post graduate studies with the Australian Film, Television and Radio School and moved into the world of television, as a host, anchor, and journalist on national programs on Australia’s Network TEN and Foxtel. He’s delivered national breaking news across the country, broadcasting literally hundreds of hours of live television over his career, as well as producing engaging content for both traditional broadcast television and online digital platforms.
When he's not in front of a TV camera, Reuben has presented at some of the most exciting live events on the world sporting stage – the Commonwealth Games, the FINA World Swimming Championships, Football World Cup Qualifiers, and Australia's A-League, to name a few. His position in the lifestyle television genre has sent him to all corners of the globe, from exploring the ancient Mayan ruins, to swimming with sea lions in the Great Australian Bight, to rocking out in Texas at Austin City Limits, and dog-sledding through the magnificent Alaskan snow. As a international food critic, he's also covered not only the finest of international dining, but the latest, craziest food trends and obsessions all around the world. He has a passion for uncovering the most unique and life changing culinary experiences, and presenting them to an audience in a relatable and unintimidating way that makes your mouth drool.
